We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Cuff-off time for same day shipping Orders placed before 2:00pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed and shipped out the same business day. Any orders placed after 2:00pm EST, will be processed and shipped out the next business day excluding holidays.

Returns & Replacements
If your item arrives defective upon receiving it, we will gladly refund or replace your item free of charge within 30 days of delivery date. Return shipping cost is the buyers’ responsibility. If you choose to return an item anyway, please be advised you will be assessed a 25% restocking fee to cover our shipping and marketing cost. Indicate your preference for exchange or refund. Credit card refunds may be made only to the same card used for the original purchase. Please Note: Special package offers and telephone promotional items are non-refundable.

The item must be in saleable condition when sending it back for a refund or an exchange. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box next to the return address. The returned item must be received at the eGlobal Electronics, Inc. warehouse in Florida within 2 weeks for the return authorization to be valid. Returns received with invalid, expired, or no return authorization number on the outside of the box will be refused and returned to you. Liability for lost or damaged items belongs to the customers. Warranties and shipping will not be refunded. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
We understand that you may want to cancel an order on our website. Any orders that are canceled will be charged a cancellation fee up to 25%. Warranties and shipping will not be refunded. Orders can not be canceled during peak of the Holiday Season.
Exchanges will be processed as follows. Use our Support Center to get your Return Authorization number. Once we receive your exchange, we then will process your request and mail out your exchange. Processing may take up to 2 weeks. Due to inventory control we do not cross ship exchanges.
